The LeBel Foundation Board passed a funding requirement in 2024 that applies to all organizations that we fund:
Following a grant award, funded organizations are required, as a condition of funding, to provide us with evidence that our funds were spent as intended.
The documentation can be in the form:
- Receipts (preferred) showing that you purchased whatever goods or services that were to be paid for with our grant.
- A copy of the receipt(s) is acceptable; a photo of the receipt(s) is also acceptable.
- A photo of the equipment or goods purchased may also be acceptable.

If you have difficulty documenting your purchase(s), please contact us for alternative methods to fulfill your obligation.
Please note that failure to provide this material will result in your organization being ineligible for funding for a minimum of two years.
