The LeBel Foundation Board passed a funding requirement in 2024 that applies to all organizations we fund:
Following a grant award, funded organizations shall be required to provide the Foundation with evidence that Foundation funds were spent as intended. Failure to do so will make that organization ineligible for funding consideration for a minimum of two years.
The documentation can be in several forms:
- Receipts (preferred) showing that you purchased whatever goods or services were to be paid by our grant.
- A copy of the receipt(s) is acceptable; a photo of the receipt(s) is also acceptable.
- A photo of the equipment or goods purchased may also be acceptable.
- Photos (for certain purchases) may be accepted in lieu of receipts.
We request that you complete this form to report on how your grant funding was spent.
